Gratitude Cards

We are proud to announce the very first card design from our new stationery line, Scriptorium! (More coming soon!)

In the days of old, the "scriptorium" was the studio of the scribes; the holy place which was set aside for the writing of sacred words. In the scriptorium, scribes, also known as illuminators would bring light to the written word in the form of gold leaf and precious materials as well as bringing the light of truth into the world.  

Featuring the calligraphy and flourishing of Master Penman, Jake Weidmann, these cards have been artfully crafted and letter pressed in gold foil to harken back to the practice of the ancient illuminators. The design on the front of the card is a celebration of the word itself for its beauty and profundity. The interior of the card is a blank canvas to allow the sentiments of the writer to shine through.

Weidmann has selected the materials himself to ensure the highest level of quality paper and the most luxurious writing surface, whether you are writing with a ballpoint pen, fountain pen or even a dip pen. The darker colored cards are lined with a champagne cream colored paper to allow for any colored ink to be used. 

Each card comes with a Champagne cream envelope.
