Flourishing everything in sight, Weidmann now intricately flourishes a heavenly host, using calligraphic strokes to bring about a figure of light in the darkness. Borrowing from countless flourished birds executed in his career, Weidmann presents a new context for the level of skill he has attained in flourishing wings.

With equal measures of strategy and artistry, this complex flourishing comprises of white ink on black fine art paper, contrasting the flourishing figure from the background.

Gearing up for the release of his first-ever online course, 'The Fundamentals of Flourishing', and his upcoming 2019 summer class at IAMPETH where he will teach Advanced Flourishing, Weidmann adds this flourishing to the numerous examples he has created that demonstrate his mastery of this art form.
